Macomb Park needs your help now. To provide much-needed repairs to the gazebo, and to establish a fund for ongoing preventive maintenance and park improvements, ROMP needs to raise a minimum of $12,225 for immediate repairs and, ideally, at least $50,o00 from the Cleveland Park community.

(What would happen if we did nothing to the gazebo? Replacing it from scratch would cost well over $100,000.  What it would take to really redo the rec center, btw? We’re told $4 million.)

Let's fill those blank spaces with more Benefactors and Park Patrons!

In the late 1990s, the community came together and raised $250,000 for park improvements. In more recent years, ROMP has raised funds through inscribed bricks as well as “Benefactor” donations ($1,000) and “Park Patron” donations ($250).

We need an immediate $12,225 to restore the gazebo to its original condition.
